The Game page provides the uninitiated with a brief introduction to the sport of 'Ultimate'. A simple explanation of the basic rules of play and a dabbling into the realms of the 'Spirit' of the game. The Learning pages contain descriptions of a variety of the common 'Plays' that are run during the game. There are also a range of articles relating to the more intricate details of the sport, how to catch, how to cut etc, etc. You will find at the bottom of most of these pages that you can link to a simple Word document 'Print Off' option. The Fitness pages provide a range of training schedules and a couple of articles on the 'science' behind it all. Again, you will find at the bottom of most of these pages that you can link to a simple Word document 'Print Off' option. Go on, go for a run, you know you wanna' The Newsletter contains everything from e-group debates to 'Player of the Month.' You can also check out 'Your Stars' and find useful suggestions for the kitchen! Why not enjoy a self massage! In Diary you can check up on a schedule of the year's tournament dates. Book those holidays now. On the Results page you can review the club's achievements and review Bristol results from years gone by. A hat trick of spirit wins in the first three outings! The Photos pages are, as you might expect, some nice snaps of some of the factory workers. Take a sneeky peeky. From the Links pages you can jump to a whole host of 'Ultimate' related sites. If we ain't got it here, then one of these should be able to help. The Practise page lets you know where and when we meet for training sessions and provides a couple of maps to get you headed in the right direction. In the Nutrition section you'll find advice on all things 'nutrition' and to make the practical side of it a bit more interesting there are more than a few recipe suggestions.
