A Brief Guide To The Various Pages
The Game page provides the uninitiated with a brief introduction to the sport of 'Ultimate'. A simple explanation of the basic rules of play and a dabbling into the realms of the 'Spirit' of the game.
The Learning pages contain descriptions of a variety of the common 'Plays' that are run during the game. There are also a range of articles relating to the more intricate details of the sport, how to catch, how to cut etc, etc. You will find at the bottom of most of these pages that you can link to a simple Word document 'Print Off' option.
