| The 'Plastic factory' aims to mobilise the large player-base which exists in and around Bristol. To form a competitive, progressive set of teams with an emphasis on both team and individual achievement and development, and equally importantly, enjoyment of the game. We, will work together to build and run the following geographically based teams from the Bristol area. Open Tour Team 1: A highly competitive Bristol Tour team formed from the best we have. With the aim of achieving top 8 status during 2004. Open Tour Team 2: A development team with competitive ambitions. Open to all players in Bristol for weekly training, with a selection process to determine who will play in the Tour. Our aim is to be in the top 15 at the end of 2004. Mixed Tour Team: A competitive team for men and women in the Bristol area looking to be in the top 4 in the 2004 mixed tour. Women's Tour Team: A Bristol area based women's team [Nice Bristols] to go trophy hunting in the Women's tour. Training sessions will be structured wherever possible to provide maximum benefits to all players. Team selection will be the responsibility of the training coaches.In return, all we ask is that you, the club members, turn up in good time for all training sessions and games and can also be relied upon to be self sufficient, providing your own water, nourishment and whatever lucky talismans or charms you deem personally necessary. Oh yeah, and pay your debts on time! |
